Benefits

Hard-working horses lose valuable electrolytes through sweat during exercise, travelling and warm weather. Replacing these minerals helps support hydration, muscle function and overall wellbeing, allowing your horse to recover more efficiently after exertion.

Furthermore, the inclusion of antioxidant vitamins C and E helps protect muscles from oxidative stress while supporting normal immune function. As a result, this supplement is particularly beneficial for competition horses, horses travelling regularly and those working over consecutive days. It is also suitable for horses prone to muscle stiffness or those exercising in hot climates.

Features & Materials

Foran Equi-Lyte G combines essential electrolytes in carefully balanced proportions to replenish those naturally lost through sweating. Sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium work together to support fluid balance and healthy muscle function.

Meanwhile, the added vitamins C and E provide valuable antioxidant support to aid recovery following exercise. Therefore, this supplement offers more than electrolyte replacement alone. The palatable aniseed flavour helps encourage voluntary consumption, while the convenient sachet format makes it easy to use at home, at competitions or when travelling.

How It Works / Care / Safety

Administer as directed according to your horse’s workload, bodyweight and level of sweat loss. Always ensure your horse has continuous access to fresh, clean drinking water when feeding electrolyte supplements.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal opened packaging where applicable. Moreover, do not exceed the recommended feeding guidelines unless advised by your veterinary surgeon or equine nutritionist. This product is intended as a nutritional supplement and should form part of a balanced feeding programme.
