How It Works / Directions

Always soak before feeding. When water softens the cobs, they create an easy-to-eat fibre mash. This makes them useful for horses that struggle to chew hay or haylage.

Feeding Instructions:

• Add 2 parts water to 1 part cobs
• Use warm water for 30 minutes soaking
• Use cold water for 1 hour soaking
• Ensure cobs are fully softened before feeding
• Divide daily amounts into smaller meals

Daily Feeding Guide (dry weight):

• Full forage replacement: 1.5–2kg per 100kg bodyweight
• Alongside forage/feed: 0.5–1kg per 100kg bodyweight

Also, feed alongside a balanced mix, cube, or balancer.
