Arma Mud Socks

Overview

Keep your horse’s legs clean, dry, and protected with Arma Mud Socks. Designed to help prevent mud fever, these innovative neoprene socks create a protective barrier against wet, muddy conditions. As a result, your horse stays comfortable in the field, even during harsh weather.

Crafted from soft, shock-absorbing neoprene, they provide full lower-leg coverage while allowing airflow through perforated fabric. Therefore, your horse benefits from both protection and breathability. Suitable for front or hind legs, this versatile set offers reliable daily defense for active horses and ponies.

Benefits

Mud can quickly cause irritation and infection. However, Arma Mud Socks help reduce that risk by keeping legs cleaner for longer. In addition, they shield against minor knocks and field injuries.

Key benefits include:

• Helps prevent mud fever

• Protects against field injuries and abrasions

• Allows airflow to reduce overheating

• Flexible fit for comfort during turnout

• Easy to apply and remove

Because they combine comfort with protection, they support long-term leg health. Consequently, your horse can enjoy turnout time with less worry.

How It Works / Directions

The socks wrap securely around the lower leg, forming a barrier against mud and moisture. Meanwhile, perforated neoprene encourages ventilation and reduces sweat build-up.

To use:

• Ensure legs are clean and dry before fitting

• Wrap around the lower leg

• Secure with touch-close straps

• Check daily for fit and cleanliness

For best results, remove and clean regularly. While durable, proper care extends their lifespan.

Safety

Always fit correctly to avoid rubbing. In addition, inspect daily for signs of irritation. Made from soft, flexible neoprene, these socks prioritize comfort. The breathable design supports healthy circulation during turnout.

If your horse shows sensitivity, discontinue use and consult a vet. Regular monitoring ensures safe, effective protection.
